Why Air Filter Sealing Matters More Than Media Alone
Unfiltered bypass from a poor seal can undo even high-efficiency filter media.
Engine air filters protect cylinders, sensors and turbochargers. Media efficiency matters — but if the frame or PU seal does not seat correctly, dusty air can bypass the media entirely.
BBJC panel and round elements are built with sealing edges that match common airbox geometries, helping keep filtration performance stable in real workshop installs.
